"No warranty worries??"
Got the service done and everything was handled properly. My warranty is still fully valid, so no stress there at all?? Really happy with how smooth it was.

"Comfortable place to wait while the work was done"
I had to wait for a little while at Mr Clutch, but the waiting area made it so much easier. The seats were comfy enough, everything looked clean, and I could just sit there on my phone without feeling out of place. It helped the time pass quicker than I thought it would. It might seem like a small thing, but when you’re already dealing with car stuff, having a comfortable spot to wait really does make you feel a bit more looked after.

Booked my car in with Mr Clutch and, to be fair, the whole process was really straightforward from start to finish. The staff were friendly both on the phone and at the branch, and they explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. Only small downside was I had to wait around a little longer than expected at one point, but nothing major and they kept things professional. The car was ready when they said it would be, no one tried to push any extra work on me, and everyone seemed down to earth. I’d definitely use them again

I booked in at Mr Clutch and was relieved to see there was proper parking right outside. I didn’t have to circle around looking for a space or leave the car somewhere awkward, which already made the whole thing feel easier.
Drop off was really quick and straightforward because of it. It sounds like a small thing, but there’s something about it that just takes the stress out of the visit...

I went in kind of expecting the usual routine... you know, extra things suddenly being recommended. But they just took care of what needed to be done and didn’t make it weird. The visit was easy, the price felt fair enough, and I’d go back again.

"Handy collection and delivery"
Used Mr Clutch for the first time and, to be fair, the collection and delivery service was really handy. I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of arranging lifts or sitting around waiting, so having them pick the car up in the morning and bring it back later the same day made things much easier. The driver was polite, friendly, and called before arriving, which I appreciated. All in all, it was straightforward enough and didn’t cause me any grief. I’d use them again.

Booked my car in with Mr Clutch and they had a courtesy car ready for me, which was a big help as I still needed to get to work. No messing about at all, just nice and straightforward. There was something about it that made the whole thing feel really easy, so I was happy with the service.

Stopped in first thing I noticed was the waiting area. Clean, tidy, everything looked taken care of. Nothing fancy to say beyond that. Just a nice, comfortable spot to wait. No complaints from me.

Had my MOT done here and overall it was fair enough. It failed on a couple of things, but they did actually show me what was wrong, which I appreciated, always better than just being told and left guessing. The only downside was the wait, as it took longer than they’d originally said, and the communication could’ve been a bit sharper. Not a bad experience by any means, just nothing amazing either.

I had a bit of a small issue after the work was done and, to be honest, I wasn’t exactly thrilled at first. You know when something goes wrong and you’re already thinking, “Here we go…”, like when the kettle packs up on a Monday morning, just not what you need. Anyway, I emailed Mr Clutch and they actually got back to me faster than I expected. The aftercare team were decent, listened to what I had to say, booked me back in, and got it sorted properly. No back and forth, no arguing, no making it awkward. Fair play to them, they handled the complaint really well

They do offer quite a lot, like clutch work, MOTs, tyres and a few other bits, which is definitely handy. I did find the website a bit unclear in places though, so I had to ring up and double check a couple of things. not perfect, but Overall decent.

"Solid Repair, Car’s Running Good"
Got the repair done and, it seems solid. I’m not super technical with car stuff, but basically the car feels normal again and drives a lot better than it did before. No weird issues so far, so I’m happy with it.
