Took my car into mr clutch in Kingston with a real complex clutch issue
Although it took a bit longer than anticipated the job as always was first class and the price was very reasonable
I will always recommend Mr Clutch in Kingston

Took car in to have emissions filter sorted
Took several weeks because they had to source a sensor which was successfully found. Although in all Took about 7-8 weeks they managed to fix the issue. The manager was helpful and pleasant throughout. I would recommend them for car repairs. Great

The chap on the front desk in arrival (Wayne); top chap - know his stuff, and customers (remembering me from a year earlier) and above all very much customer focused and a realist, and honest.

Thanks to the Kingston branch for being open over the weekend, discovering and explaining to me about what the horrible noise was and then fixing the handbrake and back plate so quickly and efficiently, massively appreciated. I can now enjoy the rest of my weekend - with a working car!

I ordered new tyres to be fitted the next day. I had a call from the centre that day to confirm the order and to let me know they'd call as soon as they were in stock, which they did. They were really friendly and efficient. I'll definitely use them again for any future work I need, hard to find a reliable and trustworthy car garage in Portsmouth!

Absolutely outstanding service at the Kingston branch, from the speedy reply to my quote request to them staying late so I could collect the car and get to work the next day. They went above and beyond what was expected including sorting a dodgy bonnet catch. I didn't get the name but the (I assume) manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when I collected the car. I'm always a bit cautious when going to get work done on the car as I've been messed about before but I won't ever hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much

If I could give zero stars I would.
Absolute joke of a franchise. They take advantage of people who they know don’t know much about cars in my case a woman who has no clue. They are unhelpful and do not want to do any work that means they need to actually take time and not make as much money as they would for an easier job that they can do more of in that time. They would rather charge you more money than actually help to find what’s wrong and fix it. The receptionist is beyond rude and I could hear him being horrible about customers he just came off the phone to. I do not and would not ever advise anyone to go here or to use their “services” if that’s what you would even call it. Luckily I had another garage who said they know what’s wrong and would fix it for me. I was told not to drive my car but they where driving it in and out the garage every day possibly causing more damage and the reply I received was “well we aren’t going to push it are we” when it was recovered from that awful place the recovery man pushed my car onto his car ramp. So why couldn’t they? I have already emailed my complaint to customer relations and spoken with them but I feel this needs to be public as the manager I have been told only cares about money and not the customers and that is exactly correct in my experience. I want people to be aware so that this doesn’t happen to them and they don’t waste their time and money being told things need to be fixed when they don’t! In my case they told me a minimum 5K bill. The other garage told me no way they are taking me for a joke. I want an honest person fixing my car not a con artist!

A big thank you to Rob for sorting my Mum's car out with the clutch and tyres. He was super helpful and made the whole process so much easier for my Mum. He is friendly, polite and knows his job very well. would always go to him.

At the Kingston upon Thames branch there was a very friendly and helpful welcome and a very professional service. The follow up visit after 500 miles was completed very quickly too
